A man and his son had been reportedly killed while manually digging a well in Gidan-Filani village of Wamakko local government area of Sokoto state,Nigeria. The victims were identified as Umar and his son,Abubakar. According to reports,the tragedy happened when the father and son were digging a well they intended to convert into a bolehole. The report stated that the well which had reached about nine feet suddenly collapsed,trapping Abubakar inside. The father,Umar went inside the well to rescure his son,but unfortunatey,he never returned.The duo died inside the well. So sad!
