NIGERIA:A final year student of the University of Nigeria Nsukka,Enugu state,southeast,Nigeria had been reported to have taken his own life by hanging. According to reports,the student identified as Tobechukwu Okeke was on Sunday morning,November 27,found dangling in his room at Odenigwe community in Nsukka. He was of the linguistic department of the university. It was said that the deceased allegedy left a suicide note in which he apologised to his family members for his alleged suicide action. The contents of the note read:"Mother,father,brother,i'm sorry.Ify,may your children never suffer.Uncle Mathias you gave all.Iam sorry.Death calls.Linguistic depatment,iam sorry.Okeke Tobechukwu S. 2012/185649" However,the reason behind Okeke's death still remains unknown,and the school authorities is yet to issue statement on the incident.
