NIGERIA:A 72-year-old man,Fidelis Uhuo was allegedly butcherd to death by one Chukwuka Ben over a disput with the church priest. The incident happened on Monday,May 2,at St.Peter's Catholic Church Umuoghara in Ezza North of Ebonyi state. According to report,Ben who had a misunderstanding with the priest few days back,was said to have stormed the church on Monday morning armed with a matchet. Unfortunately he did not meet the priest,whose name has been kept secret,but Uhuo in the church compound and allegedly killed him. Ben fled after commting the crime.He was arrested by the police the same day. The motive behind the killing is still not known,but the Police Public Relations Officer,PPRO,ASP George Okafor said the accused is cooperating.
