JOHANNESBURG:The south Gauteng High Court sitting at Palm Ridge Magistrates court southeast of Johannesburg,on Monday heard Warrant Officer Pheeba Esroim Mabitsi testified in Sebolai's murder trial. The former Jozi FM Dj was accused of stabbing to death his former girlfriend Flavia Rachel "Dolly" Tshabalala . Donald Sebolai,38,stabbed to death Flavia Rachel "Dolly" Tshabalala,32,after a fight at his Soweto flat in June 2014. Sebolai also faces charges of theft and defeating the end of justice for allegedly stealing the victim's car and disposing of some of her bloodied clothes. In his testimony,Officer Mabitsi told the court that Sebolai had seeked his help to kick Tshabalala out of his flat where both couple lived together,because her virginal had "stretched" and sex with her was no longer sweet and enjoyable. However,Dj Donald"Duck"Sebolai pleaded not guilty to the charges. Trial continues.
