Boko Haram:Some members wants to talk peace
A spokesman for President Mohammadu Buhari said on Monday that a group who claimed to be a faction of the Nigerian dreaded Islamists,Boko Haram had approached the President for peace talks.
He said plans to verify their authencity is ongoing.
President Mohammadu Buhari had once said his administration is open for peace negotiation with the Islamists.
Boko Haram has killed more than 600 people in the north-east since President Buhari took over power in May.
