In Kabul a sucide car bomber rammed into a E.U. vehicle near the main airport killing three people and injuring 18 people in the latest attack in the city.

The sucide bomber who drove in a sedan Toyota detonated the explosive targeting a foreign forces convoy near Kabul airport at around 9:00am this morning.

The attack was aimed on the European Union Police Mission in Afghanistan(EUPOL) which is responsible in advising Afghan law enforcement authorities.

The Taliban through the spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid has claimed responsibility of the attack.

In the recent weeks the kapital has been withnessing an upsurge of attacks after some calmess since January.

On Wednesday night gunmen attacked and killed 14 people including nine foreign nationals at a popoular guest house about to stage a musical concert.

Also twice within a week,sucide car bombers has attacked buses carring Afghan authorities.
