LAGOS-NIGERIA:In an absolute barbaric act in a civilized society,a 7-year-old boy was allegedly beaten and later burnt to death alife for attempting to steal garri(fermented cassava) from a shop. According to report,the incident happened around 7am on November,2016,in the Badagri area of Lagos state. The yet to be identified boy was said to be on the verge of stealing the garri when luck ran out of him. The 7-year-old boy was caught and beaten to pulp,he them tied up and set ablaze by the angry mob. Some people from across the state condemned the barbaric act and called the police to fish out the culprit and make them face the law squarely.
